How do i change or cancell my order
Unfortunately, we cannot edit or cancel an order once it's been placed for security reasons. Our system is designed to process orders as quickly and efficiently as possible and cannot cancel or modify an order once it is placed. If an order needs to be cancelled, you may contact Customer Service to inquire about your options.
How can i track my package
1. In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.
2. Depending on the shipping method selected you may visit USPS.com, OnTrac.com, or FedEx.com and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the carrier’s website.

If products purchased from Surfcuz.com do not meet your expectations, you may return them with the packing slip within 30 days of when your order was delivered. Also, items in new condition with all tags attached are not considered "final sale" and can be returned. You will be refunded via the method in which you paid. How long does the returns process take
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to our Distribution Center. Depending on the shipping method and carrier that was selected to return, your return package may take several days to reach us. Please hold on to your return tracking number for your records.
